Brief Introduction
ZB-401 series is processing aid made from acrylate monomer by emulsion polymerization.
It is mainly used to:
Improve process property of rigid PVC product.
Promote fusion, Reduce process temperature.
Improve the surface quality of the finished product.
Improve the fluidity of heated PVC resin and extrusion speed.
Improve the melt strength.
Improve the prolongation to make the PVC product more homogeneous.
Improve the mechanical strength.
It is amorphous white powder . It can be dissolved in ketone and trichloromethane,
but not in water and alcohol.
