ZPD-S synthetic diamond RVD mesh is deprived from synthetic resin bond diamond powder (RVD). It is a kind of multi-purpose diamond to fulfill a wide range of shape, surface, size requirements.

As raw material, these synthetic resin bond diamonds grew with shorter time compared with those MBD diamond and with fragile and multiple embedded structure inside the crystal and show some green color by looking.

And after being crushed, the ZPD-S synthetic diamond RVD mesh is with irregular shape and rough concave surface as well as  good micro-breaking/self-sharpening characteristics. Thus ZPD-S RVD mesh series can provide great surface moving rates and good finish when tight tolerance is not mandatory.
