Our PCD cup wheels are manufactured with pro-quality PCD which makes it an ideal tool for removing tough coatings on concrete floor surface. The coatings could be epoxy, mastics, glue, urethane, painting etc.
PCD bits are very hard and super abrasive resistance material which makes the PCD cup wheels quite easier for use.Unlike those diamond cup wheels, PCD cups never grind the coatings. Instead, it penetrates, cuts those coatings and remove them in quite an efficient way.
Our PCDCP002 series PCD cup wheels done with strong shanks and and quarter PCD bits which could lead to a quite aggressive removing.
An angle grinder is always the right equipment for installing those PCD cups. 7/8" arbor with an 5/8"-11 /M14 threaded adapter are very common supplies.
Using tips:
- Always check the right installation of PCD cup wheels before using.
- Do wear personal protection during work.
- Always check the removal of coating to make sure you are using the right pressure.
