Zirconia Resin Fiber Discs
Fiber discs are round grinding wheels with a backing made of fiber that is coated on one side with resin and abrasive grain. Fiber discs are fitted to suitable backing pads and used on angle grinders, predominantly for machining metal.
Zirconia resin fibre discs feature top of the line Zirconia abrasive grains, resin bonded to a strong vulcanized fiber backing. These Zirconia Fiber Discs are ideal for heavy stock removal as they are long lasting yet affordably priced. These Zirconia resin fiber discs have a consistent sanding capability due to the zirconia grains ability to remain sharp throughout the life of the disc. The zirconia grains are extremely hard and self sharpen during use. Additionally, these Zirconia Fiber Discs remain cool throughout use and are resistant to moisture.
