ZP29/31 rotary tablet press is designed for pressing various shaped tablets from granules. Especially it is designed to press annular tablets for mid-scaled manufacturing. The tablets may have letters impressed on the both sides. The turret carries 31sets of movable punches and dies. So31 tablets will be pressed at each revolution of the turret.
Features
1. The depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablet can be adjusted during operation.
2. Through the hydraulic drive system, the pressure for tablet pressing can be set. With a pressure gauge attached to this rotary tablet press, the pressure value is shown to an operator directly.
3. An overload protection unit is adopted to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus in the case of overload.
4. This rotary tablet press stops automatically.
