The ZWY-Rock loader in the underground mine (hereinafter referred to as the loader) is driven by Wheel-type and uses its bucket to scoop rocks into its own scraper conveyor. The conveyor then unloads the rocks into a dump truck or mine cart from the rear. The loader can also use its bucket and digging arm to scoop rocks from a distance and clear the working face. The machine adopts electric full-hydraulic drive, with a compact structure, powerful pushing force, and a wide digging range. It can load the full cross-section without leaving any blind spots.
The machine primarily uses Multi-way valve for its movements, making operation easy and smooth with no impact. It is reliable in performance and convenient for maintenance.
Mining excavator loader is also called slag remover, tunnel cleaning machine, and tunnel slag remover. According to the walking mode, it is divided into wheeled type and crawler type.
It has five functions: hydraulic walking, excavation and excavation device, skin labor transportation, loading, and cleaning the bottom of the tunnel.
It is mainly composed of motor, hydraulic travel, excavation device, travel device, belt conveyor unloading and electrical control system. The hydraulic system of the whole vehicle is driven by a 15kw motor to drive the gear pump. The hydraulic oil goes through the oil tank to the multi-way valve to the actuator and then returns to the oil tank. The control of the hydraulic device is completed through the four handles of the multi-way valve. Its outstanding advantages are flexible operation and high slag discharge efficiency. Taking a 2m*2m lane as an example, a row of blasting can be cleaned in about an hour.
The chassis adopts a split design, which has strong passing force and can flexibly pass through the "small branches" of the tunnel. The conveyor frame adopts a split design, which is extremely convenient for installation in the shaft mine. The belt adopts PVG high-tensile flame-retardant belt with a long service life, which can ensure that the tunnel excavation distance is more than 360m.
