1.When the operation time for the hoist gearbox reach to 500 hours,it is necessary to check the amount of lubricating oil .
The lubricating oil should be checked regularly in the third month. If it is insufficient, it needs to be refueled.
2.When using a chain electric hoist outdoors, rainproof equipment should be installed.
3.For the maintenance of the chain electric hoist chain,the chain should be lubricated with oil.Please apply the oil to the high dust
factory,and regularly remove the foreign objects in the chain and the limit guide group to ensure the smooth running of the chain.
4.When the chain hoist is not used for a long time, it should be rust-proofed, cleaned and maintained,
and run up and down for 1-3 minutes to maintain its performance.
