Beer Crown Cap Making Machine

This equipment is mainly used in the filling and production of beer. It is a four in one filling machine that implements functions such as automatic bottle filling, automatic filling, and automatic capping on one machine. The entire process is controlled by a PLC programmable automatic control system and operated using a touch screen.

According to the characteristics of glass bottles, screw feeding is used to ensure smooth bottle feeding. When filling beer, cam or cylinder lifting is used, and a centering device is added to ensure smooth and convenient filling, which can also achieve labor-saving effects. For beer filling, the South Light Beer Valve is used during filling, with a secondary vacuum to reduce air content and further increase the gas content of carbon dioxide, without the phenomenon of bottle spraying.

This machine is specially designed to apply liners made of thermoplastic material inside crown caps. It is divided into the left and right machine.

The machine consists of the following parts:
- Cap infeed assembly which includes a centrifugal hopper and suitably sized channels for directing and carrying the caps to the drum assemblies.
- Extruder for the thermoplastic material with which the liners are produced.
- Frequency converter for the cap induction heater.
