Description: CHF101GX/CHW-SC is a special welding flux for pipeline steel. The flux is spherical particles with a particle size of 10~40 mesh. The flux has excellent welding process performance, stable arc combustion, beautiful weld formation, easy slag removal, and the weld metal has the characteristics of low S, low P, low diffusible hydrogen content, as well as excellent low-temperature impact toughness and crack resistance. It can be used for both AC and DC. The welding wire is connected to the positive electrode during DC welding. Application: With appropriate welding wire, it is particularly suitable for welding various types of pipeline steel (such as X60, X65, X70, etc.)

Deposited metal radiographic inspection requirements: Grade 1 flux quality requirements: 1. Flux moisture content ≤ 0.10% 2. Mechanical inclusions in flux ≤ 0.20% 3. Flux sulfur content ≤ 0.03%6 4. Flux phosphorus content ≤ 0.04% Notes: 1. Flux must be baked at 300ºC~350ºC for 1.5~2 hours before use. 2. Rust, oil, moisture and other impurities must be removed from the weld.
