Product Description
By using centrifugal casting, sand casting and lost-wax casting processes, our main products are all kinds of hearth rolls, radiant tubes and other static castings used on hot rolling line, CAL, CGL and other many kinds of steel heat treatment furnaces. SMS, FIVES, CMI, Tenova, Chugai Ro, EBENER, DREVER as well as most of Chinese steel giants are all our customers.
Our casting products above and fiber products(fiber roller and fiber discs), as well as other non-metallic material products could also be used in non-ferrous metals industry,like aluminum, copper industry etc.
QYD is one of the largest heat resistant alloy radiant tube manufactuer in the world, has 200000 square meters manufacturing base, could supply one-stop service to all kinds of radiant tubes.
QYD Radiant tubes are widely used in various kinds of heat treatment lines in metallugical industry, such like CAL, CGL and other heating furnaces. Most of Chinese and oversea steel&Iron giants and engineering companies are our longterm customers.
QYD Radiant tubes are applicable to many heating condition, could use combustion gas and electricity as heating resource.
