The heavy duty oil country lathe is suitable to do the outer circle, end face, ring slot, inner bore and the inside and outside cone processing of workpieces, such as different materials of shaft class, cylinder shape and disc shape.
The oil country lathe consists of bed, headstock, tailstock, tool post, slide carriage box, feed box, center rest and so on. And the headstock and tailstock are respectively installed on the left and right side of the bed.
The main transmission of the oil country lathe is droved by the 30KW A.C. motor. And the spindle can do 21-step manually speed regulating among the range of 3.15~315r/min.
The drive source of the feed transmission system is from the light bar and screw which are connected with the main transmission mechanical system, then it makes the feed directly connect with the spindle speed and the feed shows as the spindle feed per revolution. So it will be convenient, direct and correct when the feed is chosen.
