High Pressure Hose Description
Our ultra-high pressure water jet cleaning hose adopts newest technology, process and the most advanced equipment. The internal structure of the product is made of imported POM or PA raw materials, the reinforcement layer is made of specially treated high-strength steel wire winding, and the external structure is made of corresponding PA or PUR raw materials. It is made of 2-8 layers of high strength steel wire winding, the safety factor is more than 2.5 times, the highest pressure up to 2800bar, our hose has the following advantages: small fluid resistance, small volume expansion, chemical corrosion resistance, light weight, small outside diameter, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, small bending radius and so on.

Typical Applications
How to Choose a Suitable High Pressure Hose/Flex Lance?
1. What's the inner diameter of the tube/pipes to be cleaned?
2. What's the required hose working pressure and flow rate? Please check it with your high pressure pump.
3. How many meters do you need for the high pressure hose?
4. If you want to use it as main hose, it's better to purchase spiral protective sleeve with the high pressure hose.
5. We recommend using our high pressure rotary nozzle or integrated jet nozzle (for bend pipes cleaning) to work with our high pressure hose.
