Our fully rotational torque (FRT) Makeup/Breakout unit is designed for fast and accurate makeup and breakout of premium and non-premium threaded tubular equipment. It is a kind of special machinery which is widely used in oil field and industrial and mining enterprises for connecting thread of oil casing and other downhole tools. The unit is well suited for repair shops, completion services, offline stand building, and small pipe-threading facilities.

• Hydraulically controlled clamp increases reliability, the main/back clamp are all oil cylinder clamping, stable and reliable
• Fully rotational with a traversing tail stock, the main clamp can rotate any circle continuously 360 degrees, and the back clamp can be equipped with left-moving and right-moving device
• The hydraulic control device provides power for the bucking machine, the motor drives the plunger pump, the high pressure oil passes through the multi-way valve, which respectively controls the positive and reverse rotation of the main clamp, the tightening and loosening of the main clamp, the tightening and loosening of the back clamp, the moving left and right of the back clamp. And the control panel has 3 pressure adjusting handwheels to facilitate the adjustment of pressure.
• Equipped with automatic torque control and display system, after setting the torque value, through the sensor under the back clamp to measure the signal, after computer processing, automatically generate the turns count - torque, time - torque, speed - time curves, when the buckle reaches the set torque value, the relief valve is automatically unloaded, the equipment stops rotating, the torque can be measured, the English and Chinese interface can be freely switched. KN.m and lb-ft free to switch
