Our 12mm dye sublimation print elastic shoulder strap is different from the general market items, to be exact:
1. No smell no crack sublimation printing.
2. Covered spandex inside, good recovery and durability.

5. Preshrunk by hot steam, no more than 3% shrinkage after being printed and finished.

Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with polyester yarn, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the elastic shoulder strap.
Weaving the greige of the 12 MM elastic strap made of polyester and spandex in raw white color. Considering the expected shrinkage during setting process, the greige width should be 13.5 MM.
Setting the raw white greige of elastic spandex polyester strap by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
Inspecting the printed elastic strap by narrow fabric folding machine. The defective parts and shorter than 5 yard pieces will be eliminated during this process.
