Manufacturing Processes

Dyeing and setting the raw white greige of shiny face plush back elastic strap by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. Then ironing, when necessary, the dyed elastic strap by fusing machine to make it more flat.

Inspecting the 10MM shiny face plush back elastic strap by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
