Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, which is relatively more easy to be dyed than spandex, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the dyed elastic webbing.

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming jacquard elastic webbing.

Weaving the greige of the jacquard embossed elastic webbing made of nylon and covered spandex to be piece dyed. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and setting process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the dyed and finished elastic webbing.

Dyeing the greige of embossed jacquard elastic webbing by continuous dyeing and finishing machine, then ironing the dyed elastic by fusing machine when necessary to get more consistent dimension.

Inspecting the embossed shiny logo/pattern jacquard elastic webbing by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.

Packing the piece dyed jacquard elastic webbing into bale or spool with waterproof bags, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.

Width, color and patterns, all can be customized, please tell us your requirements, we will quickly work out the best price and shipping options for your first reference.
