Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed elastic bra strap.

This is the dyeable covered spandex cord, outside the cord is nylon yarn and inside the cord is raw spandex yarn.

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the shuttleless weaving loom to feed the warp yarns into the elastic strap.

Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex elastic bra strap in dyeable raw white color. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished elastic bra strap.

Dyeing the raw white elastic strap greige into specified colors with precise matching by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.

Inspecting the dyed bra strap by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.

Packing the elastic bra strap into layered bale or rolled spool wrapped with waterproof bags, then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
