Our 12mm heat transfer print elastic shoulder tape is different from the general market items, to be exact:
1. No smell no crack heat transfer printing.

Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with polyester yarn, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the elastic shoulder tape.
Weaving the greige of the 12 MM plush back elastic tape made of polyester and spandex in raw white color. Considering the expected shrinkage during setting process, the greige width should be 13.5 MM.
Setting the raw white greige of elastic spandex polyester tape by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
Inspecting the printed elastic tape by narrow fabric folding machine. The defective parts and shorter than 5 yards parts will be eliminated during this process.
