Our 12mm heat transfer print elastic shoulder tape is different from the general market items, to be exact:

Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with polyester yarn, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the elastic shoulder tape.

Winding the polyester yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the elastic tape.

Weaving the greige of the 12 MM plush back elastic tape made of polyester and spandex in raw white color. Considering the expected shrinkage during setting process, the greige width should be 13.5 MM.

Setting the raw white greige of elastic spandex polyester tape by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.

Printed the logo or patterns on papers, then heat transfer them on to the flat surface of the 12MM elastic spandex polyester tape.

Inspecting the printed elastic tape by narrow fabric folding machine. The defective parts and shorter than 5 yards parts will be eliminated during this process.

Packing the heat transfer printed elastic tape into spool or layered bale, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
