Our 16MM shiny satin face NEON COLOR foldover elastic is different from the general market items, to be exact:
1. Very bright neon fluorescent colors, especially under UV light.
2. Covered spandex inside, good stretch, better recovery and longer durability.

Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed satin face foldover elastic.

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the fold over elastic.

Weaving the greige of the 16MM fold over elastic with polished weft nylon yarn in dyeable raw white color.

Dyeing the raw white greige of foldover elastic in bright fluorescent neon colors by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.

Inspecting the dyed bright neon color shiny face fold over elastic by narrow fabric folding machine.

Packing the bright neon color satin fold over elastic into spool or layered bale with waterproof bags.

Load spool or layered bale of bright fluorescent color shiny / satin face fold over elastic into strong export cartons.
