Our 10MM ribbed elastic is different from the general market items, to be exact:
1. Covered spandex inside, large tension, good recovery and long durability.
2. High elongation of 120%~140% ( 1:2.2 ~ 1:2.4 )
3. Accurate color matching and high level color fastness.
4. Preshrunk by hot steam, no more than 3% shrinkage after being dyed and finished.
5. Ribbed structure on both sides / surfaces.

Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed ribbed thick elastic tape.
This is the dyeable covered spandex yarn, outside is nylon yarn and inside is raw spandex yarn.
Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex ribbed surface elastic tape in dyeable raw white color.
Dyeing the raw white greige of ribbed nylon spandex elastic tape by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
Load the spool or bale of 10MM ribbed structure elastic band into strong export cartons.
