Our 13MM ruffle face elastic nylon band is different from the general market items, to be exact:
1. Contains covered spandex, which brings better recovery and durability.
2. Large elongation of 120%~150% as elastic for headband or hairtie.
3. Fancy shiny ruffle face, soft plush backside, consistent dimension.
4. Preshrunk by hot steam, no more than 3% shrinkage after being dyed and finished.

Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed ruffle face elastic.
This is the dyeable covered spandex yarn, outside is nylon yarn and inside is raw spandex yarn.
Weaving the greige of the satin ruffle face elastic nylon band in dyeable raw white color.
Dyeing the raw white greige of shiny ruffle face elastic band by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
