Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed elastic waistband.
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the elastic waistband.
Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex elastic waistband by computerized jacquard looms.
Inspecting the dyed elastic band by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
Packing the jacquard elastic waistband into layered bale with waterproof bags, then load the bales into strong export cartons.
