Our 13MM picot edges plush back elastic shoulder tape is different from the general market items, to be exact:
1. Contains covered spandex, which brings better recovery and durability.
2. Relatively low elongation of 50%~90% which is suitable as bra or shoulder tape.
3. Fancy picot edges, soft plush backside, consistent dimension.
4. Preshrunk by hot steam, no more than 3% shrinkage after being dyed and finished.

Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed picot edges plush back elastic tape.
This is the dyeable covered spandex yarn, outside is nylon yarn and inside is raw spandex yarn.
Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex soft plush back shoulder elastic tape in dyeable raw white color.
Dyeing the raw white greige of picot edges plush back elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
Load the spool or bale of picot edge plush back elastic shoulder tape into strong export cartons.
