Our 13MM tubular bra strap is different from the general market items, to be exact:
1. Very soft plush backside which is ideal for direct skin touching.
2. Hot melting yarn was woven inside, so firm tube will shape after the tape is dyed and finished.
3. Custom color and eco-friendly production, dye to match Pantone codes or physical color swatches.

5. Preshrunk by hot steam, no more than 3% shrinkage after being dyed and finished.

Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed bra strap.

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the tubular bra strap

Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex bra wire tube with soft plush backside in dyeable raw white color.

Dyeing the raw white greige of bra rib tube by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.

Inspecting the dyed underwire tube by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.

Packing the bra wire tube into spool or layered bale with waterproof bags.

Load spool or layered bale of bra underwire tube into strong export cartons.
