1. LED products are produced in dust-free workshop with our strict standard.
2. Each product gets 12 hours aging test before packing.
3. Sampling is available after inquiry.
4.Every LED product has reports of flux test and distribution curve test.
Warranty Period:
All our products have two years' warranty. If lights get problems (without improper wrong operation and outside force) we promise to sent you parts (not include Freight )for free. damaged product is free to repair;
After Service:
Dear customer, our goods passed the quality inspection before shipment. If you find any problems, Pls kindly provide us the photos or video. That will help us figure out the problem to help you accurately. We always put ourselves into service and research,So there is a professional technician team.

A: PE bag with kraft carton package, using EPE for safeguard, flight case is available if needed.

A: 1 Mini order,3-5 working days.Under 100-500 pcs,20-25 days normally. More than 500 pcs, 20-35 days.
Q: Is the sample available?
A: Yes, but the client need to pay the sample fee and delivery fee
Q: How long for the warranty?
A: All our products have TWO year warranty period. If there's any problems with the light(without improper
operation and outside force)during the first year,free parts and after service will be provided.
Q: What is the payment method?
A: TT / Bank Transfer
30% deposit and 70% before shipment. If it is not a big amount, we suggest you transfer the full amount at one time, because there will be bank process fee for each payment, it will be a lot of money if you make twice payment.
