a. LED products are produced in dust-free workshop with our strict standard.
b. Each product gets 12 hours aging test before packing.
c. Sampling is available after inquiry.
d. We offer reports of flux test and distribution curve test for each LED product.
6. What is your warranty policy and after-service?
We offer two years'warranty for all our products. If there are problems with lights (not damaged from improper operation
or external forces), free after-service or replacements will be provided (freight excluded). If you find any problems, please kindly provide us the photos or video. That will help us figure out the problem to help you accurately. We always try to create a professional team that provide high quality products and services.
7.What's the shipping method and shipment time?
Our products could be shipped by sea, air and express. Usually it's based on the weight and size of the package and consideration of your needs. By sea: 20-40 days, By air: 5-10 days, By express: 3-6 days.
8.How do I get a price list?
Please email/phone/fax us with the name of your favorite item and your details (name, address, phone, etc.) and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
9.What payment methods do you have?
T/T, 50% deposit before production and the balance before delivery. We suggest you transfer the full payment at one time because there is bank process fee which will be a lot of money if you make twice transfer.
10.How long does it take for my order to ship?
Usually it takes about one month. If you want to check the sample first, then we will wait for your confirmation before mass production.
