Its working process is to drive the can sealing mechanism through the pneumatic device. When the 18-liter square can is placed in the right position, the pneumatic system will drive the roller to curl the edge of the barrel cover according to the set trajectory and pressure and fit it tightly with can body to achieve sealing. Since the pneumatic system can provide stable pressure, the pressure is uniform during the sealing process, which can ensure a good sealing effect.
Top and bottom sealer need different seaming chucks, which is hardened, and the sealing rollers are generally made of high-quality steel with a special surface treatment to ensure the quality and durability of the seal.
