Curling & Flanging combiner achieve top inner curling and bottom flanging simultaneously in one station.
The upper edge is bent and curled by the curling mold to make it fit tightly on the can surface. The control system will adjust the speed, tension and position of the curling in real time according to can size, curling specifications to ensure the quality and accuracy.
Under the pressure of flanging mold, down edge is gradually folded into the required shape. During the flanging process, the control system will control the strength, speed and angle of the flanging to ensure the quality and consistency.
