2-7/8 PC Pump Downhole Gas Separator for Oilfield

PC Pump Gas Separator is a continuous flow downhole gas separator for use with progressing cavity pumps. The PC Pump Gas Separator uses centrifugal forces to separate the gas from produced liquids, before they enter the pump. Using the tool allows gas-free production fluids to be carried into the pump station while the separated gases are forced to migrate up the annulus. Eliminating the associated gases before entering the pump has the following advantages: Pump efficiency and pump rate will be increased. Elimination of CO2 and H2S gasses which can cause premature degradation of the stator elastomer.
