Product Description
This kiln is a new frame type kiln designed to digest and absorb advanced technology from domestic and foreign kilns. It is manufactured and assembled on-site in the factory, and the kiln body structure is novel. The kiln is composed of a kiln body, gas supply and combustion system, fan pipeline system, kiln car operation system, and electrical control system. The main refractory materials of the kiln are lightweight insulation materials with high thermal resistance and low heat storage. It has the characteristics of light kiln body, small heat storage and dissipation, small temperature difference inside the kiln, low energy consumption, convenient operation and control, and high qualified rate. It is currently the preferred kiln type in the domestic thermal industry.
