Product Description
1. The steel structure is thick, sturdy, and aesthetically pleasing.
2 Kiln Masonry:The kiln roof adopts the latest non falling dirt structure and materials, using all cotton roof (Z-shaped folding block), long fiber cotton (fiber length of 250 millimeters or more), each cotton block is horizontally and vertically pre-stressed and hung together, and the fiber cotton is not crystallized or powdery shrinkage, with a fire resistance of 1430 degrees or above. The hanging parts are made of stainless steel, and the cotton blocks on the ceiling are covered with fiber cotton to prevent the joint from falling dirt. The steel frame on top is thick, sturdy, and beautiful.
3 kiln walls: Adopting a full fiber structure, the fibers are the same as the kiln roof. Brick structure is used for double sealing and below.
4. Kiln door: Adopting a full fiber structure, the fiber requirements are the same as the kiln top. The door adopts a single door rotating structure, and a flat bearing connection is used between the kiln door and the kiln door column. The kiln door is manually closed.
