Product Description
The device is 32 meters long and consists of 16 standard sections. 1-5 smoke exhaust preheating sections, each section is 2.1 meters long, with a total length of 10.5 meters; High temperature firing section 6-11 sections, each section is 1.8 meters long, with a total length of 10.8 meters;The rapid cooling section is section 12, which has 1.8 meters long ;The cooling section is 13-16 sections, each section is 2.2 meters long, with a total length of 8.8 meters.
The cooling air box is section 17, the length is 3 meters.
The kiln body adopts a steel frame as a protective structure and is equipped with decorative panels on the outside. Different refractory materials are used in the kiln according to the temperature. To reduce thrust and friction between the slide rail and the skateboard, the slope of the kiln inlet and outlet slide rails is 320mm. The kiln body is composed of several parts, including the kiln steel frame, refractory insulation materials, natural gas supply and combustion system, ventilation and exhaust system, material conveying system, electrical control system, etc.
