250T 3RT Silicone Rubber Compression Moulding Machine for menstrual cups
This machine is applicable for all kinds of rubber materials products vulcanization molding, working
with mould in the machine, through a certain period of time, pressure and temperature.

2. Hydraulic cylinder shaft: CR (white cast iron) lapped finish, precision ±0.02mm
3. Oil seals: main shaft oil seal adopts Japan NOK oil seal, surrounded by double oil sealing to achieve the best performance and ensure no oil leakage
4. Column: use special steel and carbon steel hard chrome plated( thickness 0.08mm), hardness can reach HRC55~58; columns will not break.
5. Hydraulic system: using integrated-circuit design, circuit in operation with low noise, improving efficiency, low energy consumption and safe.
6. control system function description:
With touch screen, time setting, motion picture monitoring, temperature settings, special time setting, production control, function switchover, multi-function setting information, could make the machines more sophisticated, faster and more stable for production.
