Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral export wooden cases. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in
wooden cases with your own marks after obtaining your authorization letters.
Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A: We accept T/T with 30% as a deposit and 70% due before delivery. We'll provide photos of the products and packages for your inspection
before you pay the remaining balance.
Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: We offer various delivery terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Typically, it will take from 10 days to 50 days after receiving your advance payment, depending on the pump's material. The exact
delivery time also varies based on the order items and their quantity.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can manufacture based on your samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build the necessary molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can provide samples if we have ready parts in stock. However, customers are responsible for the sample cost and the courier fee.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we conduct 100% testing of all pumps before they are dispatched.
