A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral export wooden cases. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in
wooden cases with your own branding after receiving your authorization letters.
Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A: We require T/T 30% as a deposit, with the remaining 70% due before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: Our delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, delivery will take 10 to 50 days after receiving your advance payment, depending on the pump's material. The specific
delivery time also depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to samples?
A: Yes, we can manufacture products based on your samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: If we have the parts in stock, we can supply the sample, but customers need to bear the sample cost and courier charges.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we conduct a 100% test of all pumps before delivery.
