Application: for film blowing extrusion, process recycled HDPE with 40% CaCo3
Customer's Requirement: good abrasive resistance.
Screw's quality: bimetallic quality, 38CrMoAlA as base steel, 30% tungsten carbide powder will be added in to alloy layer, screw's mixing head is made by SKD61
Barrel's quality: bimetallic quality, choose OLIN-AR01 bimetallic barrel, it is designed for recycled plastic.
