Application: for PVC Pipe, add high percentage of CaCo3.
Customer's Requirement: long working life.
Screw's quality: bimetallic screw, base material: 38CrMoAlA, steel from BAOSTEEL company, 10%-15% tungsten carbide powder will be added at screw's alloy layer.
Barrel's quality: bimetallic barrel, base material: 38CrMoAlA, steel from BAOSTEEL company, we will weld alloy layer at barrel's extrude zone, 10%-15% tungsten carbide powder will be added.
