Single girder / beam gantry crane
Brief Description
Composed by main beam, leg, ground beam, crane traveling mechanism, trolley traversing mechanism and so on mechanisms, the box type single girder gantry crane (MH / MHE type) has such characteristics as compact structure, easy operation, high work efficiency, low dead weight and so on. That can be widely used in work yard to lift and move steel structure and other place where heavy load need to be lifted / turn over / tip over.
Main Technical Specification
- Lifting capacity ranged from 0.5t to 20t, or two trolley type as 5+5t, 10+10t and etc.
- Span range from 5m to 25m..
- Lifting speed can be single speed (like 8m/min), double speed (like 0.8/8m/min) or variable speed (like 0.8~8m/min).
- Lifting height is of 9m or as required.
- Cantilever or not is depend on customer's requirement or site condition..
- Trolley traversing speed is 20m/min or your requirements.
- Crane traveling speed is 20m/min or 30m/min or other values required.
- Control method can be pendant control, operator cabin control, remote control, or combined one.
- The working duty is A3 or A5.
- Power source for truss type single beam gantry crane is the one of your local power. So, please let me know it when you send your RFQ.
- The working ambient is -25ºC-+40ºC.
Material for Crane Construct
- Material for general crane construct is Q235B, which should be changed into Q345B when the limit temperature is below -40 centigrade.
- For hook is forged casting steel or required.
- The steel rope is flexible one or customer's required.
Component Used on Crane
- Electric motor is well-known one in China, like Jiamusi or other international one like ABB, SEW and so on as customer's requirement.
- Such important electric components as breaker, contactor, and fuse are of SE, Siemens and so on.
- Other ones can be followed according to our customer's requirement.
Package
- Main beam, leg, ground beam and so on large components covered by rain-proof clothes.
- Other components like electric motor, electric hoist, cable and so on in wooden box.
- Some other package methods which will benefit our product will also be appreciated.
Delivery
- Delivery time for the crane is 40 working days after payment advance.
