Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed bud edge plush back elastic sideband.

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the plush back elastic sideband.

Weaving the greige of the bud edge plush elastic sideband made of nylon and spandex in dyeable raw white color. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the dyed and finished elastic band.

Dyeing the raw white greige of the plush elastic sideband into specified colors by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.

Inspecting the dyed bud edge plush back elastic sideband by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.

Packing the bud edge plushy face elastic sideband into spool or layered bale, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
