90688 is the latest block modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent.
It can be applied in the hydrophilic finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, Lycra, viscose fiber, chemical fiber, silk and wool, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, smooth and elastic.
