The fabric we use are 100% polyester, such as 75D,100D, 150D, 300D, knitted polyester 115-135gsm, Mesh polyester 120gsm,160gsm spun polyester, silk satin, royal satin, Oxford, nonwoven, cotton, felt etc.
Machinery/Production Process
We make flag by printing machines, including steaming, washing and drying machines. And we sew flags by our double stitching machines.
QC/Technical Support
Staff members of the QC Department are all experienced in textile, and they analyze reasons for product defects and give advice to our production department promptly.
