Characteristics
O1/1.2510 is an excellent oil quenching die steel, with good impact toughness, tempering resistance softening performance, mechanical processing performance, toughness retention ability, with high compressive strength and microdeformation after heat treatment.
Applications
1.suitable for making wear-resistant deformation of cold work dies, such as sheet stamping dies, jewelry embossing dies.
2.mainly used for all kinds of hardware stamping dies and forming tools, such as cutting dies, die shaft sleeve.
3.cutting tools, wood cutting tools, etc.
4.can be widely used as cutting tools.
5.abrasive plastic forming dies and plastic small mold.

Our MOQ each order is around 25 Tons(one container), customer can mix different types of steel to reach this quantity.
