These pumps utilize gland seal and centrifugal seal shaft sealing methods. With their compact design, they operate at high speeds while taking up minimal floor space.

The frame plates are equipped with changeable wear-resistant metal liners and rubber liners, while the impeller is made from wear-resistant metal or rubber, ensuring long-term durability and adaptability for various applications.

These pumps offer excellent wear life and maintain high efficiency throughout their operational cycle. They provide a cost-effective solution for new plants, enabling a quick return on investment with minimal startup costs.

In addition to our branded slurry pumps, these units are interchangeable with other brands for both spares and complete pumps. We also keep stock of regular spares, helping customers lower their inventory costs and improve supply chain efficiency.

• Bearing Assembly: The large diameter shaft, fitted with famous brand bearings, ensures a long working life.
• Liners: Easy to replace and maintain. Hard metal liners are fully interchangeable with rubber or polyurethane (PU) liners.
• Casing: Made from cast iron or ductile iron, the casing supports high operating pressure and enhances safety.
• Impeller: Interchangeable hard metal and molded elastomer impellers. These designs offer high efficiency, high head capabilities, and allow the easy passage of large particles.

We use strong wooden boxes to package and secure the pumps. For larger pumps that do not fit in wooden boxes, they are securely fastened in containers for safe transport.
