ZJ slurry pump is a single-stage, single suction and centrifugal slurry pump designed by our factory. The overflow parts of this series of slurry pump are made of high hard alloy cast iron, which has high abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance, so as to improve the service life of the pump. According to the structure, the pump can be divided into horizontal (ZJ Series) and vertical (ZJL Series). According to the outlet diameter, the horizontal pump is divided into 350mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm and other specifications; The pump of each specification and diameter has different impeller diameter according to different head. The pump is applicable to electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry and other industrial industries. It is mainly used to transport abrasive slurry containing solid particles, such as concentrate and tailings treated by concentrator, ash removal of power plant, coal slime and dense medium coal preparation transported by concentrator, ore slurry transported by coastal river mining operation, etc. The weight upper limit concentration of slurry that can be treated is 45% of mortar and 60% of ore pulp; The transmission mode can adopt direct connection, belt, hydraulic, frequency conversion speed regulation and other forms, and can also operate in series or parallel according to the needs of customers.

Pump Driven Type:
DC Type: The output shaft of a motor is directly connected to the input shaft of a pump via a pump coupler. This type of connection is suitable for applications where the speed of the slurry pump is the same as that of the motor.
CV Type: The pump is driven by a belt connected to the crankshaft of the engine. This way of connection allows for saving space, easy installation, and fast adjustment of pumping speed. The motor is fixed to the motor support frame which is located on the bearing support above the slurry pump.
ZV Type: Another type of belt drive that allows easy adjustment of pumping speed. The motor is directly fixed to the bearing support. This way of installation is suitable for motors with larger horsepower than is possible with CV type of installation. Due to the installation of motor onto the bearing support, this method helps save installation space.
CR Type: This type of belt drive makes it easier to adjust pumping speed. The installation allows both the motor and slurry pump to be fixed to the ground. The motor is installed to the side of the pump. This installation method is suitable for large-power motors.
