Mud Pump Fluid End Parts D-375 Bi-metal Cylinder Liner
Bi-metal liner D-375 is one of the most widely used and most used parts of hydraulic ens of mud pump. The bi-metal liner is made of different materials of outer and inner sleeves. The outer sleeve is high-quality 45 # forged steel, and the inner sleeve is high chromium alloy cast iron. After heat treatment, the chromium content shall not be lower than 25Cr, and the inner surface shall be smooth mirror. The product meets the requirements of API7K and SY5064-1985 standards.
The D-375 bi-metal liner combines the advantages of hot forged high wear outer sleeve and high chromium wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant inner sleeve. The outer sleeve is formed by hot pressing of high-quality carbon steel and the inner sleeve is cast by centrifugal casting of high chromium cast iron. The outer sleeve has a tensile strength of more than 900,000 psi, and the inner sleeve has a hardness of more than HRC62 after heat treatment, which can withstand 7,000 psi pressure. Its inner surface is smooth mirror, the inner hole size tolerance is strict, and the normal service life can reach more than 800 hours, which is 2 to 3 times the lifetime of common ones in severe environment.
