Overview:
Two-way pull rope switch is widely used in steel, cement, power plants, mines and other plants with belt conveyors, the
product is installed on both sides of the tape conveyor, is used in the tape conveyor emergency stop a kind of protection
switch, pull the wire rope at any point within the switch operating distance, cut off the operating circuit to stop the whole
line, to achieve the protection of the tape machine and personal safety.
Working principle:
When an emergency occurs at the tape transport site, pull the wire rope tied to the lugs to make the slider in the machine
Work with the switch to signal a stop. Release the wire rope and press the reset bar to reset.

Installation And Use:
The switch is balanced on the fixed bracket of the frame; Tie the wire rope to the pull ring at the upper and lower ends of
the pull rope switch, with the wire rope not exceeding 40 meters on each side (should be shortened to 25 meters when
there is a slope). The pull rope pressure should be appropriate to ensure reliable reset of the switch. setting the pull rope
along the parallel direction of the tape, adding a lifting ring every 3 meters.
