4. The machine adopts AC servo and pneumatic tension control to improve product accuracy.
5. PLC and touch screen control, with capacity calculation, parameter storage, data reading function, to achieve intelligent operation.
6. Integral rack and main winding mechanism can improve seismic resistance and ensure the durability of accuracy.
7. Translational staggered edge adjusting mechanism ensures the accura-cy of the tray after moving, and the operation is convenient.
8. It has the function of automatic wiring and directional pre-flattening. The maximum mandrels can reach 70 mm. It is suitable for ultra-thin capacitor production.
