Automatic Exhaust Valve/ Air High Temperature Air Release Valve

Automatically exaust the air, oxygen, hydrogen which generated from the heating system.

1.  Can bear higher working temperature than other ordinary type air valve.

2. The inside spring is made of nickel-plated steel, can  prevent oxidation (if oxidation affect the movement of the valve core).

3. Easy maintenance; the valve inside had assembled H18 blocking valve, so the user can easily remove the air valve and the water won't flow out, don't need drain the system.

4.  vent air only, and don't drain water;  steam-water separation;

5. Once the system have pressure, the air valve will exhaust  continuously.
 

This product is widely used in hot water heating system, cold water air conditioning, fan coil and fire hydrant to clear away the air, thus to ensure the normal operation of the system. It is an indispensable product to clear away the vapor lock in pipeline system.

1. This valve shall be vertically mounted, with vertical pipe system placed inthe highest position, and horizontal pipe system mounted at the most end.

2. After this valve is mounted, loosen the small screw cap at the upper po-sition to ensure smooth discharge of air.

3. In case this valve is clogged by dirt in operation, which can result in water leakage in discharge, fasten the small screw cap and take off the exhaust valve for cleaning. After being cleaned, it can be reinstalled for use.
