PX1360C Automatic Kammprofile / Camprofile Gasket Machine is a new concept manufacturing machine for Kammprofile gasket: it has the properties of CNC lathe, and supported by a special designed fast clamping system. After setting the data on PLC, the operator only needs to put the workpiece on the work table, and press "AUTO" button, the machine will complete the whole processing automatically as per your setting data.
On the interface touch screen, preset the data for required kammprofile gasket, by the control of PLC, the variable speed gear motor will drive the workpiece to rotate at high speed, at the same time, the servo system move the cutter to machine the surface of the workpiece.
Special designed fast clamping system can suit different thickness and width of the gasket, don't need any more custom made clamp for different size.
One normal square shape cutter can machine many kinds of shapes and sizes of gasket; this saves you from expensive cost for cutters.
