The Automatic heating constant temperature filling machine is servo motor detergent filling line that is designed to fill bottles and jars with products of various viscosity, ranging from water thin liquids to thick creams. They are used in the cosmetic, food,

Principle Features
1. The flow control devices of each filling head are independent of each other, precision adjustment is very convenient.

Working principles
Adopt single feed and return bottles photoelectric sensor, top feeding without one-way valve mechanical structure, filling nozzle drive by servo motor, down to the bottom of the bottle, filling while lifting, can be greatly reduce the bubble during filling, so as to improve the filling output. The servo motor drives the piston cylinder, to make its filling accuracy more accurate, and it is more convenient to adjust the filling volume, so as to ensure the machine's efficient and stable continuous production.
